My journey in the fitness industry began back in 2007, where I started as a fitness trainer while completing my Sports Science Degree. However, it wasn’t until later in life that I truly felt the impact of training and daily life. Small aches and injuries started to affect my everyday routine, and while I knew the importance of stretching, I often found it tedious. That’s when I decided to give yoga a try – and I’ve been hooked ever since.
